The physical, emotional and spiritual assets of yourself are strengthened in order to nurture a high level of consciousness. This process allows for more focus and clarity regarding the path to better living.

My approach "beyond the mat" is based on traditional Hatha Yoga - harmony of the sun (energy and creativity) and the moon (calmness and serenity). Yogi principles for a healthy and authentic life. Combined with the associated yogic philosophies according to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The key elements of Yoga psychology and their applications to self-leadership development.

This blend allows you to take a holistic view of your life and work environments. Which then leads to an assessment of growth across all 3 levels - cognitive, emotional and physical.

In yoga coaching, clients can benefit from working on different components - focusing on a complete program (individually or in a group) and/or in phases (taking what you need when you need it).
